The prospect of spending a limited time in a wide range of businesses is attractive to them. They want to do more in business, but dont want to go through the start-up process the

    25、mselves again. As Mann explains, Most have experience of running their own companies and sorting out problems associated with a high-growth phase - this work comes naturally to them. After preliminary discussions with the client companys HR Manager, we introduce five or six candidates to their Board

We provide independent directors to many troubled companies, including those that we have already provided venture capital for. The service is free to these existing clients.
