SCOPE 1.1 This specification contains requirements not nor- mally covered by the drawings and provides quality assurance provisions for the fabrication inspection, test and packing for a generator blasting machine designated as the Blasting Machfne, M34. 2. 9、777906 0343620 7 W - _ MIL-B-63094B (AR) 3.11 Humidit . - The blasting machine shall operate within the requiremd 3.3 after exposure to twenty (20) hours of relative humidity between ninety .two (92) and ninety seven (97) percent at air temperatures from twenty seven degrees Centigrade plus five deg
10、rees Centigrade (27 % + 5 Q) followed by four (4) hours plus one (1) hour of one hundred (100) percent relative humidity with condensation at twenty five degrees Centigrade plus five degrees Centigrade (25 Q + 5%). 3.12 Unactivated voltage. - The output voltage across the output terminals shall be o
11、ne tenth (0.1) volt or less within ten (-10) seconds after the device has complied with the requirements of 3.3 and it is tested in accordance with 45.10. I 3.13 Test temerature. - All testing shall be performed at a temperature of twenty five degrees centi rade plus or otherwise. minus five degrees

13、ticle inspection I 4.3.1 Submission. - The contractor shall submit a first article sample as designated by the Contracting Officer for evaluation in accordance with provisions of 4.3.2. The first article sample shall consist of twenty five (25) sets of ail components, sub-assemblies and assemblies.
