11、he full manual is to be obtained before installation is started and thewebsite or online location where it is available, and3) Description of the visual indication given and its meaning80.4 Products intended to be installed by a trained installer and utilizing electronic media for theinstallation in
12、structions per Section 79, shall include information on how to receive a printed copy of theinstallation instructions either via marking on the product or hardcopy provided with the product.RATIONALE FOR DECISION:This exception to hard copy manuals expands on the current 79.1 exception for trained i
13、nstallers. Therequirements stated here, for devices requiring an internet connection only, confirm the internet isavailable for that specific installation.
