    9、DE. THE TIRE SHALL BE TAXIED ON THE FLYWXEEL AT 30 MPH PO2 10,000 FEET WITII 11,500 POUNDS LOAD. SHALL BE ACCELWTED AT AN AVERAGE RATE OF 4.6 FEETISECISEC FROH 30 MPH TO A SPEED OF 200 HPH. THE TIRE SHALL BE bYLANDED AFTER A TAKE-OFF ROLL DISTANCE OF 9,000 FEET HAS BEEN COVERED IN APPROXIMATELY 53 T

TAKE-OFF ROLL, AT WHICH TIME IT SWLL BE DECREASED LINEARLY WITH TIME TO 1,000 POUNDS AT 51 SECONDS AFTER THE START OF THE TAKE-OFF ROLL AND DECREASED TO ZERO POUNDS AT THE TIME THE TIRE IS UNLANDED. THE TIRE DEFLECTION AT RATED LOAD ON THE FLYWHEEL SHALL BE THE SAME AS OBTAINED WITH TH
