All transistors shall be procured to the re- quirements of MIL-S-19500 and, where issued, to individual Military detail specifications under MIL-S- 19

If not specifically covered by such a de- tail specification, they shali comply with the inspection procedures of a detail specification listed in MIL-STD-701 for a similarly constructed device, ex- cept that the manufacturers latest commercial specificztion values applicable to the device (or
