3、 and aretherefore no longer regarded as applicable by the members of the TEUREM Group. Although therefore no longercurrent, the values are retained in this Recommendation for historic reference purposes only to assist in bilateralnegotiations pending a replacement mechanism based on the results of the current Study Group 3 studies.
