3、te link systems and proximity link systems have been identified for recommends 1 that proximity link systems utilize the 25.25-25.60 GHz and 27.225-27.5 GHz portions ofthe allocation and data relay satellite link systems utilize the remainder of the allocation when both systems are implemented on a common space platform; 2 that standard sharing mechanisms, such as time sharing, spatial diversity, antenna polarization and frequency diversity be used to share the allocation in other circumstances.
