The purpose of this standard is to specify tension shear and tension test procedure on spot welded joints of metal materials used for motor vehicles. 1.2 Applicability. This standard provi

    4、des specifications on spot weld joints of low carbon steel, low alloy steel and stainless steel materials with panel thickness of 0.4mm 5.0mm. Here, hardening agent, surface treatment agent, clad material and combination of different materials, whose tension strength of welded area is 25% or less of

Test sample quantity shall be 5 with minimum 3 to be tested. 4.2.2.1.2 Material. Material used for test samp

    17、le shall have the same material type, panel thickness, heat treatment and surface condition as that used in actual work. 4.2.2.1.3 Welding Facility. Welding equipment such as power supply and welder for manufacture of test sample shall be the same used in actual work. Also, the electric tip shall be

    18、 the same as that used in actual work. 4.2.2.2 Test Procedure. Test shall be done by tight attaching the test sample to the jig of Figure 5 and applying load to the direction as indicated in the figure in accordance with GMW3335 (Metallic Sheet, Mechanical Properties Testing), where max load is meas
