T255 Program). It is Superceded for all future projects and replaced by GMW15267. 1. PURPOSE This standar

    3、d aims at determining the conditions of performance test, environmental test and durability test of the SPST 280 mini relay to be mounted on the vehicles. To this relay, the technical delivery conditions in EDS-T-5249 apply. The relay shall be manufactured to meet the safety regulations which are re

    4、quired on occasions. 2. NUMBER OF SAMPLES For mass production test and sample test according to this standard, 24 or more relays with serial numbers according to the manufacturing certificate of DIN 50049 shall be provided. For some submitted test samples, the allowable deviation by litter may be sp

    5、ecified for all necessary characteristics. In case these preconditions for the sample are not sufficient, the allowable deviation by litter for each necessary characteristic shall be specified on the certificate regardless of individual measurement result. 3. QUALITY CONTROL For the control of produ

    6、ction quality and specification of this test, the quality control department is responsible. 4. APPROVAL BY GMDAT TECHNICAL CENTER The relay delivered as the mounting in the production products shall be the same as the mass production sample in all respects. Samples different from the mass productio

    7、n sample shall be approved by GMDAT Technical Center. 5. MATERIAL All materials used for the relay shall be the same as indicated on drawings and mass production instructions. 6. MARKING The manufacturing date, GMDAT mark according to EDS-A-0040, part number, and manufacturing period according to ED

    8、S-A-0012 shall be marked legibly and durably at an appropriate place on the relay. For products made of synthetic materials, abbreviation of materials shall be indicated according to EDS-M-0101. 7. TEST EQUIPMENT 7.1. Direct current below 100A that can be controllable 7.2.     15、.2.6. Dielectric resistance test The sample shall exhibit no abnormality when AC 500V is applied for a minute. 8.3. Operation time test To be 20 milliseconds max. 8.4. Audible sound test The sound level shall be 55dB max. at a distance of 900mm when DC 12V is applied. 8.5. Terminal Retention test De

    16、formation of each terminal shall be 0.25mm max. when 110N is applied at a speed of 55mm/min. 8.6. Load impact test The sample shall exhibit no abnormality when operated at 16V, -40 after being operated at 125 under 35A for 24 hours. 8.7. Current Overload test The sample shall exhibit no abnormality

    17、in function and appearance when tested under the following conditions. (55A 75 second ON 10 minute OFF)2 cycles (90A 20 second ON 10 minute OFF)2 cycles (200A0.5 second ON 2 second OFF)2 cycles 8.8. Cover Integrity strength test The cover Integrity strength shall be min. 200N. 8.9. Drop test The sam

    18、ple shall exhibit no abnormality in appearance when dropped onto the metal floor from a height of 1m in both directions of three axes. 8.10. Shock test The sample shall exhibit no abnormality in function and appearance when impact pulse of 20G, 11mS sine wave is applied once in each X, Y, Z directio

    19、n. 8.11. Vibration test The sample shall exhibit no abnormality in function when tested with vibration of 3.2G with frequency of 10 - 2000 Hz for 4 hours in each X, Y, Z direction. 8.12. Dust test The sample shall exhibit no abnormality in function and appearance when tested for 8 hours at a frequen

    21、quency of 1 hr On and 3 four OFF under DC 14V and resistance load of 35A at a temperature of +24 to +38, humidity of 95%, 8.14. Durability test The sample shall exhibit no abnormality in function when tested under the following conditions and temperature condition of +2325% -4025% +12550%. Load type
