T250 Program). It is Superceded for all future projects and replaced by GMW14192. 1. PURPOSE This standard aims

    3、 at specifying the method of evaluating the receiver dryer, a component of the air-conditioning system used for vehicles. 2. SCOPE This standard applies to test of the receiver dryer, a component of the air-conditioning system used for vehicles. 3. TEST CONDITIONS 3.1. Standard test condition Unless

    4、 specified otherwise, test is conducted under the normal temperature and humidity condition specified in KS A006 (Test Place Standard Condition). 3.2. No. of samples At least 2 samples (at least 3 for durability cycle test) shall be provided for each test item in principle. When required, the number

    5、 of samples may be changed following agreement. 4. TEST EQUIPMENT 4.1. Generals Measuring instruments used for test shall basically be calibrated by the national calibration institute and within the effective calibration period. 4.2. Thermostatic chamber Capable of maintaining temperature from 50 to

    6、 +130, it shall have a minimum capacity of 100 liter. It shall also be able to control relative humidity at each temperature up to 95% with permissible error not exceeding +2 per temperature. 4.3. Vibration tester It shall be capable of performing test to KS R 1034 (Automobile Components Vibration T

    7、est method). 4.4. Control device for durability test It shall be capable of automatically supply and cut-off voltage for unit operation, detect defects and record progress time and no. of cycles in durability test. 5. (2) When observed visually, the module shall show no signs of harmful flaws, cracks, or other defects that may adversely affect the performan

    9、ce. 5.1.2. Dimension test Specified samples based on KS B 5203 (Vernier calipers) shall be used. Samples shall meet material requirements of the design specifications and dimensional requirements in drawings. 5.2. Performance test 5.2.1. Air-tightness test (1) Apply 36kgf/ of N2gas pressure to the r

    10、eceiver dryer. (2) After dipping in the bath, check for leak for 5 minutes. There shall be no leak. 5.2.2. Pressure resistance test (1) Using hydraulic pressure or N2gas, apply 54kgf/ of pressure to the receiver dryer for 5 minutes. (2) When it is kept for 5 minutes, there shall be no rupture and le

    11、ak. 5.2.3. Rupture test (1) Using hydraulic pressure or N2gas, gradually apply the pressure to the receiver dryer. Identify the point when the product ruptures and the pressure at the point. (2) The pressure at the point of rupture shall be at least 120kgf/ . 5.2.4. Impact test (1) Drop the module o

    12、nto the concrete floor from a height of 1m once for each of X, Y and X directions. (2) After test, check for air-tightness and leak of drying agent. There shall be no leak and other abnormalities. 5.2.5. Inside cleanliness test (1) Inject liquid refrigerant (HFC 134a) equivalent to 70% of the interi

    13、or volume into the receiver dryer and shake 5 times up and down before cleaning the inside. (2) After cleaning, drain the solvent and put it into the chamber. After drying at 110, weigh the non-soluble foreign matters. (3) The weight of the foreign matters after test shall not exceed 8mg and the met

    14、allic foreign matters shall not be larger than 0.5mg. The size shall not be larger than 10W . 5.2.6. Moisture absorption capability test (1) This is to measure the amount of residual moisture. Measure the amount of moisture when the drying agent extracted from the receiver dryer is exposed to temper

    15、ature of 25 and relative humidity of 60%. (2) The amount of absorption after test shall meet the requirements in drawings. 5.2.7.     16、gy (1) Using the refrigerant flow test device, measure the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet by injecting refrigerant (HFC 134a) of 605 into the receiver dryer. (2) The pressure difference after test shall meet the requirements in drawings. 5.3. Durability test 5.3.1. Salt spray test

    17、(1) While performing the salt spray test according to EDS-T-7143 (Salt spray test method) for a spraying time of 480 hours, check the receiver dryer for formation of rust. (2) No harmful rust shall be formed after 240 hours. (5% max). After 480 hours, requirements for air-tightness and pressure resi

    18、stance test shall be met. 5.3.2. Heat resistance test (1) Leave the receiver dryer in the chamber set to 1103 for 72 hours. (2) After heat resistance test, check the sample for abnormalities, such as deformation and damage. In air-tightness test, there shall be no leak at MIN. 36kgf/ . 5.3.3. Cold r

    19、esistance test (1) Leave the receiver dryer in the chamber set to -403 for 72 hours. (2) After cold resistance test, check the sample for abnormalities, such as deformation and damage. In air-tightness test, there shall be no leak at MIN. 36kgf/ 5.3.4. Repeated pressurization test (1) After increase

    20、/decrease of the pressure under the following conditions a total of 50,000 cycles, requirements for air-tightness and pressure resistance test shall be met. (2) Test conditions Test pressure : 0kgf/ 36kgf/ (1 cycle), Frequency : 520cycle/min Pressurizing time : At least 40% of 1cycle 5.3.5. Vibratio

    21、n durability test (1) After injecting the liquid refrigerant (HFC 134a) and cooler oil into the receiver dryer for 50% of the internal capacity to a ratio of 7:1, inject 17kgf/ of N2gas by pressurizing and then perform vibration test under the following conditions. If the receiver dryer is assembled

    22、 to the condenser, perform vibration test of the condenser instead. (2) After test, requirements for air-tightness and pressure resistance test shall be met and there shall be no abnormalities in the appearance and internal state. (3) Test conditions Resonance point detection test Frequency : 8.3 20

(2) After test, requirements for air-tightness and pressure resistance test shall be met and there shall be no abnormalities in the appearance and internal state (3) Test conditions 6.
