T255 Program). It is Superceded for all future projects and replaced by GMW14364. 1. PURP

    3、OSE This procedure verifies durability of the seat surfaces against wear generated from getting on and off the seats. 2. SCOPE All types of seats. 3. TEST SAMPLES Minimum three newly assembled seats. 4. TEST EQUIPMENT AND JIG 4.1. Jig for fitting seats in vehicle conditions 4.2. Durability tester 5.

    4、 METHODS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF TEST 5.1. Test Method 5.1.1. Fit the seat-fixing jig on the durability tester, and then mount a seat on the jig. 5.1.2. The position for the seat adjuster systems is in accordance with the position specified in the design standard. 5.1.3. Maintain a gap of 10 mm to pre

    5、vent interruption of the seat and the dummy with the seat back when mounting the seat and the dummy on the tester as shown in fig. 1. Fig 1 5.1.4.     10、ION The material shall comply with standards specified in Table 2 below and the supplier shall obtain approval from the car manufacturer for this with photographs or actual samples. Table 2. Evaluation Standards for each material Material Evaluation Standards COMMON There shall be no disconnection o

    11、f sewing threads, torn PAD, broken structure after the durability test. And there shall be no abnormal noise during the durability test. CLOTH - With PILE : Base texture shall not be exposed due to abrasion or disconnection of PILE - Without PILE : There shall be no disconnection of texture GENUINE LEATHER The abrasion of the colored layer is permissible but there shall be no rise on the texture of the leather Classification ARTIFICIAL LEATHER The abrasion of the PVC or PU layer is permissible but there shall be no exposure of the base texture due to this
