3、tandard aims at determining the detachment force with which the sleeve is separated from the headrest. 2. SCOPE This standard applies to all seats with a headrest. 3. TEST SAMPLES At least 3 new headrest assemblies, including the sleeve, shall be tested. 4. TEST EQUIPMENT AND JIG 4.1. Jig with which

TEST METHOD AND SPECIFICATIONS 5.1. Pad separation strength test 5.1.1. Fix the seat fixture jig onto th
5、e groove plate and install the seat onto the jig. 5.1.2. Fix the seat back to the design standard point (2528when it is not specified). 5.2. Test procedure 5.2.1. After fixing the band to the headrest frame, install the headrest to lower end. 5.2.2. After removing the locking device from the sleeve,
6、 detach the headrest upwards in the direction parallel with the headrest rod as shown in Fig 1 and measure the force.
