If it is impos

    15、sible to prepare No.4 test piece, a test piece with its cross section as extended (gauge length 4 A , (A: sectional area of the test piece) shall be used. 3.6.2.2 For the bars and wires 40 mm max. in thickness or diameter, the test piece shall be taken so that its axis is in the center of the sectio

    16、n, and for those exceeding 40 mm, so that its axis is in the midway between the surface and the center of the product. 3.6.3 Bend Test. In the bend test, the test piece taken longitudinally in applicable length shall be bent in a close contact condition of 180o according to ISO 7438 Bend Test. 3.6.4
