14、rte der wichtigsten physikalischen, mechanischen und thermischen Eigenschaften sind in Tabellen zusammengefat. Die in den Tabellen angefhrten Werte werden, wenn nicht anders angegeben, an Probekrpern nach den dort angefhrten Prfnormen ermittelt. Alle Prcbekrper werden im Spritzgieverfahren unter opt
15、imalen Bedingungen hergestellt. Die Prfungen erfolgen bei einer Temperatur von +23“C t 5 K und einer relativen Lufifeuchte von (50 2 5) YO. Zustzliche in den Tabellen nicht erfate Eigenschaften (2.5. Antistatikum) werden durch Kennbuchstaben nach der jeweiligen Spezifikationsnumrner angegeben. Die F
16、arbeinstellung wird in Zeichnungen, Werkstoff- vorschriften und dergl. vorgeschrieben./ The minimum requirements regarding the most significant physical, mechanical and thermal properties are summarized in charts. If not otherwise specified the values indicated in these charts will be determined on
17、test pieces according to the respective test standards stated therein. All test pieces shall be injection moulded and manufactured under optimum conditions. The tests shall be carried out at a temperature of +23“C 5 5 K and a relative humidity of (50 2 5) %. Additional characteristics (e.g. antistat
18、ic agent) not included in the charts will be indicated by code letters after the respective specification number. Die aus den Formmassen hergestellten Formteile mssen fr die Beanspruchung der an der Eins
20、atzstelle auftretenden Medien, wie aliphatische und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, Kraft- und Schmierstoffe, Ole, Fette und Alkohole, tauglich sein. Durch die EPDM-Komponente des Werkstoffes ist das Quellverhaiten in l zu beachten. Die Formmassen mssen nach 4 h Trocknung bei +80C verarbeitbar sein.

All shaped parts manufactured from moulding compounds shall be resistant to the media they get in contact with at their location of use, as, aliphatic and aromatic hydr
