SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a poly
2、isocyanate hardener. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as hardener for two pack paint materials for plastic substrates. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Stan
3、dard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 COMPOSITION Modified hexamethylene diisocyanate in organic solvents. 3.3 MATERIAL PROPERTIES 3.3.1 Non-volatile, min 40% (FLTM BI 102-01) 3.3.2 Density See Initial Sample +/- 0.05 g/mL (ASTM D 1475) 3.3.3 Viscosity as supplied See Init
4、ial Sample +/- 5 s (FLTM BI 111-01) 3.3.4 Storage Stability 90 days During a storage of 90 days between 5 and 32 C the material as supplied shall not change properties and the aged material must pass all specification requirements. 3.4 QUALITY The hardener must be compatible with all related paint materials. Paint materials used in connection with this hardener must meet all requirements of the affected paint material specification.
