SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a thermoplastic polyolefin of good quality and uniform construction, suitable for molded or extruded parts. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released orig

    3、inally for material used as a substrate for carpeted auxiliary floor mats in the 1996 Crown Victoria/Grand Marquis and Town Car. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production

    4、Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, pattern, finish and gloss shall match the approved Design Center master sample, or shall be specified on the engineering drawing. 3.5 PROPERTIES PRIOR TO MOLDING OR EXTRUSION 3.5.1 Weight, min 740 g/m2 3.5.2 Hardness, Durometer A
