SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a flexible thermoplastic elastomeric (TEEE) injection molding compound. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released original

    3、ly for a material used for airbag door applications, which must be painted. First surface applications must be painted with an ultraviolet and heat resistant paint (WSS-M15J13-A). 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to

    4、 the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 MOLDED TEST SPECIMEN 3.4.1 Preparation of Test Specimens Unless otherwise specified all tests shall be carried out on injection molded one-end gated test specimens. The following dimensions are required: 120 x 10 x 4.

    5、0 +/- 0.2 mm (Type 1BA of ISO 527-2) Specimens with shorter dimensions shall be cut from the center portion of the test specimen. No annealing allowed. 3.4.2 Density 1.09 - 1.15 (ISO 1183, Method A/ASTM D 792, g/cm3Method A1) 3.4.3 Hardness, Durometer D 38 - 45 (ISO 868) ENGINEERING MATERIAL SPECIFI
