SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a mineral oil
2、based way and slide lubricant with extreme pressure and anti-stick slip properties. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for oil used as an assembly aid for the DV4 engine program in India and the Philippines in 2008. The oil was selected in Daghenam, UK to lubricate the bolts f
3、or the ladder frame and cylinder block. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 APPROVAL INFORMATION This specification was released to a
4、llow this material to be purchased by Ford Purchasing for use in a Ford facility. The specification number is also the part number in WERS. There are no additional requirements defined by this specification. Materials performance and selection is proven by design verification testing on the components for which it is used.
