SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a thermoplastic pressure sensitive hot melt adhesiv

    3、e. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used to bond foam pad to frame of front seat back. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Mate

    6、600 mPas 3.10 SHEAR STRENGTH (FLTM BU 151-01) Test Method: Apply adhesive at the application temperature of 160 - 180 C to a 25 x 10 mm area of a 25 x 75 mm non-impregnated canvas fabric piece (having a min tensile strength 1kN/50 mm width) to a thickness of approx. 0.8 mm.     9、 of 160 - 180 C to a 25 x 100 mm area of a 25 x 250 mm non-impregnated canvas fabric piece (having a min tensile strength of 1 kN/50 mm width) at a thickness of approximately 0.8 mm (fig. 2). After 1 h at 23 +/- 2 C test peel adhesion according to ASTM D 1000. Maximum 15 % loss of peel adhesion based on the original measured value. 3.11.3 After Environmental Cyclin

    12、g, max - 15 % 5 times the following cycle: 4 h at 80 +/- 2 C 4 h at - 40 +/- 2 C 16 h at 38 +/- 2 C and 98 +/- 2 % relative humidity After 1 h at 23 +/- 2 C test peel adhesion according to ASTM D 1000. Maximum 15 % loss of peel adhesion based on the original measured value. 3.11.4 After Humidity Agi

GENERAL INFORMATION The information given below is provided for clarification and assistance in meeting the requirements of this specification. 5.1 STORAGE STABILITY 12 months The material must be stable during storage at temperatures between 5 C and 32 C.
