SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a woven polyester fabric which is vinyl coated on

    3、both surfaces. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as a cover for the exposed load compartment. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Prod

    4、uction Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). In addition to the requirements listed herein, this material shall meet all requirements of the WSS-M8P3-E1/E2/E3/Latest, Performance, Flexible Polymeric Film, Interior Quality specification and of any applicable SDS requirements. 3.2 WEIGHT (FLTM BN 106-01) Fabric

Measure the dimensional changes of the specimen after conditioning for 1 h at 23 C +/- 2 C and 50 +/- 5 % R.H. 3.7

    11、 IIA, normal oven, 150 +/- 50 air changes/h, min oven space of 2 L/100 cm2 of sample size) After exposure, the material shall show no evidence of tackiness, spewing, or excessive loss of grain, or exhibit staining, color tone change, or change in hue in excess of specified rating. Any spotty or non-

    12、uniform staining or discoloration shall be cause for rejection. 3.10 RETAINED BREAKING STRENGTH AFTER FADE 90 % min EXPOSURE Expose samples per WSS-M8P3-E1/E3 para 3.11.1 and determine breaking strength per para 3.4. Calculate percent retained breaking strength from original breaking strength. 3.11
