2、pparatus Required Temperature Test Chamber Thermotron or equivalent capable of holding -29 OC to 125 OC with a capability for programming cycles. Oven Blue M, or equivalent, maintained at 25 +/- 2 OC. Balance Balance capacity of 3000 g with an accuracy of +/- 0.1 g. Canisters Approximately 1260 cm3

11、 At the end of each exposure interval, as soon as a canister assembly reaches room temperature of 23 +/- 2 “C it shall be evaluated as follows: 1. Weigh and record the loss in grams for the interval. 2. If the loss is greater than 7 g, terminate the test. 3. Flex test the coupled assembly on the can

If available, use a flex fixture to limit the amount of travel to +/- 15“. Immediately evaluate the leakage at each coupling as follows: a. Listen for hissing (charge loss)

13、. b. Look for oil leakage. C. Terminate the test if either coupling gives a positive response to the above evaluations. 4. Reweigh after flex testing and continue with the next exposure interval if the weight is within 4 g of original weight. If not, recharge to original weight before continuing. Ma
