SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a glass fiber reinforced polybutylene terephthalate resin with high heat resistance, good dimensional

    3、stability and good electrical resistance. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used for the EEC IV connector. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements

    9、engineering drawing. 3.5.4 Additional Requirements Specific requirements for physical properties of molded or extruded parts shall be specified on the engineering drawing and/or engineering part specification. All critical areas with respect to these properties shall be clearly designated on the eng

    10、ineering drawing. 3.5.5 The following requirements will be used as acceptance criteria for molded parts. The tests indicated will be conducted by Ford Motor Company at its option or by the part molder as specified by the affected Design Engineering Activity or SQA. Melt Flow Rate, max Two times the
