SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a closed cell urethane foam coated on one side with an acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive and protect

    3、ed with release paper. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as a cushion pad for the battery. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Product

    4、ion Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 DENSITY, min 38 lb/ft3 (0.609 g/cm3) (ASTM D 1667) 3.3 TENSILE STRENGTH min 120 psi (827 kPa) (ASTM D 412, Die “C ) 3.3.1 Elongation, min 16% (ASTM D 412, Die “C“) 3.4 HARDNESS, Durometer “A2“ 25-50 3.5 TEAR RESISTANCE, min 22 lb/in (3.85 N/mm) (ASTM D 624, Die “C

    5、“) 3.6 COMPRESSION SET, max 10% (ASTM D 1556 at 50% deflection) 3.7 COMPRESSION DEFLECTION AT 25%, min 11 psi (76 kPa) (ASTM D 1056) 3.8 PEEL ADHESION, 32 oz/in (0.350 N/mm) width (ASTM D 903) Test Method: Check adhesion to polypropylene panels.
