2、BRICATING ESF-M2C113-A 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a methyl alkyl polysiloxane fluid. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for oil used where lubrication at high and low temperature is required, such as impregnating the bushing in the windshield wiper
3、motor. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 To be run on each lot. 3.1.1 Viscosity, cSt (mm2/s) (ASTM D 445) 3.1.1.1 At 25 C 40-60 3.1.1.2 At 37.8 C 30-40 3.1.2 Flash Point, min 249 C (ASTM D 92) 3.1.3 Neutralization Number, max 0.05 3.2 To be run for initial approval and at intervals required by Quality Control. 3.2.1 Pour Point, max -40 C (ASTM D 97) 3.2.2 Viscosity Index, min 140 (ASTM D 2270)
