2、EL, BLACK BAKING, FLEXIBLE FAN ESE-M2J66-A NOT TO BE USED FOR NEW DESIGN 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a black baking enamel with good flexure characteristics and corrosion resistance properties. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for enamels used for
3、flexible fan assemblies. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 COMPOSITION 3.1.1 Non-Volatiles, min 50% (FLTM BI 102-01) 3.1.2 Toxicity
4、 The enamel shall not contain benzol (benzene), chlorinated or other toxic compounds, hydrolyzable chlorine derivatives or have any obnoxious or objectionable odor. 3.2 PHYSICAL PROPERTIES 3.2.1 Color Black 3.2.2 Specific Gravity 1.15 - 1.19 3.2.3 Viscosity 23 - 27 s (FLTM BI 111-01) 3.2.4 Shelf Sta
5、bility (FLTM BI 102-03) The enamel shall not jell or liver upon standing and must be free from settling which is not dispersed by normal agitation. An increase in viscosity over 15 s shall indicate non-stability. ENGINEERING MATERIAL SPECIFICATION ESE-M2J66-A Copyright 2012, Ford Global Technologies
