SCOPE The material defined by this specification is an impact, tear and weather resistance elastomeric mat capable of operating satisfactorily at temperatures between -40 and 70 C. 2. APPLICATION RECIEPT This specification was

    3、 released originally for material used as a floor covering for the pick-up load box area and/or as specified on Engineering Drawings. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Produc

    4、tion Material (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The finished part shall match the Master Trim Sample as approved by the Design Department and/or as specified on Engineering Drawings. 3.5 TOTAL THICKNESS As specified on Engineering Drawing The test shall be done on unembossed and unfo

Examination shall be done on specimens bent around 180 from a distance of 300 mm with

Major load 300 N (to be attained within 60 s in a slow uniform manner). 3.11 COVER COATING Where a surface cover such as vinyl is present then clauses 3.11.1 and 3.11.2 are applicable. 3.11.1 Thickness of Cover Coating, min 0.08 mm Test Method: Prepare cross sections of m

    12、ats and measure the thickness of coating using a microscopic method. 3.11.2 Adhesion of Cover to Base, min 5 N/25 mm width (FLTM BN 151-01, Method A, except specimen width 25 mm) 3.12 ABRASION RESISTANCE (FLTM BN 108-02, 700 cycles, CS 10 wheels, 10 N load) After test the specimen must not show any

    13、greater signs of deterioration than the Master Sample approved by the Materials Laboratory. 3.13 SCUFF RESISTANCE (FLTM BN 108-01, 30,000 cycles, 1 cm2steel peg, 9 N load, uninflated sample). After test the specimens must not show any greater signs of deterioration than the Master Sample approved by

    14、 the Materials Laboratory. 3.14 WEATHERING RESISTANCE After exposure in accordance with 3.14.1 and 3.14.2, the material shall show no color change or color tone in excess of specified AATCC rating (AATCC Gray Scale for Evaluating Change in Color, 10 step). In addition, there shall be no change in gl

    15、oss, evidence of spotting or it shall be equal to or better than the Master Sample approved by the Materials Laboratory. A slight loss of gloss or chalking will be allowed provided an acceptable appearance can be achieved by washing with mild detergents and water (ratio 5:95 by volume). 3.14.1 1600

    16、Weatherometer Rating 4 (FLTM BO 101-01)3.14.2 12 months Florida Rating 4 (5 south, direct weathering inland) The weathering station shall be ordered to clean the lower part of samples once every three months by washing with mild soap or detergent and water, and then rinsing with distilled water. Rub

Test M

    18、ethod: Cut 150 x 150 mm sample from the mat. Make a 25 mm cut in the diagonal direction from each corner. Fold the edges and clip the corners together to form a box. Add 25 mL of distilled water. Allow to air dry at 23 +/- 2 C, then wash under tap water, wipe dry and observe for discoloration or stain. 3.16 FLAMMABILITY (ISO 3795) Burn Rate, max 100 mm/min
