Color stripping for redyeing ofwebbing rejected for color is not allowed. The webbing shall be of goodquality and uniform construction.2. APPLICAT

REQUIREMENTS3.1 CONDITIONINGAll test values indicated herein are based on material conditionedin a controlled atmosphere of 23 2 C and 50 5% relativehumidity for 24 h pri

    13、rialcategory of this particular specification.Any material, portions of components, and composites defined bythis specification that have been treated, modified or reformulatedto conform to Flammability Lot Sampling Plan of FLTM BN 24-2,regardless of max burn rate, must be evaluated for both permane

    14、ncyof materials flame retardant properties and changes in mechanicalchemical and physical properties per ESB-M25P3-A applicable to thebasic material category of this particular specification.3.19 FLAMMABILITY TEST PROGRAMMaterials, portions of components, and composites governed by thisspecification

    15、 must also comply with the requirements ofES-D3AB-11014-AA.3.20 SUPPLIERS RESPONSIBILITYMaterial supplied to this specification must be equivalent to thatoriginally approved. Changes in formulation or processing shall notbe made without prior approval as described in Supplier Procedure I-A.4. APPROV

    16、AL OF SUPPLIERSSuppliers to this specification must be approved by the affected productengineering office. Procedure for gaining approval of a specific materialto a new/existing ES-M specification is contained in Supplier ProcedureI-A. Approved new suppliers will be added to the Engineering MaterialsApproved Source List.
