SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a moldable, needled reclaimed fiber padding of uniform construction. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material

REQUIREMENTS Material specification requirements are to be used for initial qualification of materials. Requirements stated herein are based on material 25 +/- 10% mm thick weighting 1.7 +/- 10% kg/m2. 3
