    27、 ETSI TS 103 222-2 V1.1.1 (2017-12)61 Scope The offer of new NGN services requires new KPIs, QoS measurement and benchmarking methods which are needed to ensure the quality of new services. To ensure the comparability of test results, reference benchmarking methods and background traffic load profil

    28、es are needed. The present document describes key performance indicators and benchmarking methods for the spectrum of potential applications. All access technologies offered by the operator under test are considered. The present document is the second part of the multi-part deliverable which consist
