Introduction Broadband access for rural communities is one of the objectives of the European Commission. The EC FP7 project ICT-601102 STP TUCA

    26、N3G, “Wireless technologies for isolated rural communities in developing countries based on cellular 3G femtocell deployments“ has addressed this problem and has provided a system design for deployments of Telefonica in Peru. The implementation guidance includes self-optimization of physical layer param
