The equipment covered by this Guide is defined by its function rather than design type. The

    8、refore, the guidance to the specwcation is stated in per$omnce terms mthm than being spdfied by a detaed description of the equipment to be supplied. This Guide indicates to potmticrl purchasers how their spec!cation shoud be prepared so that: - the equipment type and capacity interfiaces correctly

The specification should give a description of the hydraulic scheme (dams, reservoits, conduits, etc.) and a description of the hydrauic circuit (intake, gallery, surge tank, penstock, gates and valves and tailrac

    24、tation: rotors, casings, bearings and supports, gem (if applicable), control system, safety system; cooling and lubricating system, machine stating equipment; handling and maintenance system, special tools, e.g. shaft end drilling gauge; runner, blades, guide vanes, bearings, labyrinth seals, shaft

    25、seals, trcuisport, storage, installhon; model tests, commissioning, test service period, and performance -; plant details, operation and maintenance. If the purchaser wishes to have a contmct for control and instrumentation separate from the equipment supply contmct, the specification may require th

    26、e supplier to provide informution on a the necessary inter$aces (e.g. all instrumentation tapping points and instruments provided within the extent of supply). The results may require scaling according to agreed rules. 9.3 Equipment margins The specification should d.entvy require equipment margins by accurately indicating the operating field of the hycraulic m

    31、achine. These margins may also comprise deviations from specified data andor manufacturing tolerances. The purchaser should also indicate how the margins wiii be used in the economic evaluation to allow the supplier to optnize turbine selection. 9.4 Availability The specification may specvy availabi

    32、lity requimts. In order to demonstrate confomity with thme requirements, the specification may request the supplier to use data on availability, reliability and maintainability to cam out an analysis to show that the target availability wid be met. The specification should define the

This may include definition of the pmvision of site services, personnel, etc. 17.2 Works tests Tests during manufacture may inclz.de type tests, speciuL tests and routine tests.     47、e ISOAEC Standards should be precised by national or suppliers documentation standardq - the documentation guide lines should also be used as guidance for sub-suppliem; - the requirements of electronic data exchange between supplier and customer should be considered, for example, application of the

    48、interfaces or the possibility of data transmission by dp-codes (e.g. ASCkode) to other dp-systems should be considered; - ultimately the documentation provided should comply with the legal and contractual obligaions.
