    30、inimumstrengthclassofC20/25accordingtoEN2061. 5.3Foam blocks Foamblocksofdimensionbetween200mm 200mmand333mm 333mm.Thethicknessofthefoamblocks shallbe300mmto500mm.Thefoamblockshallbeweakenoughtofollowalldeformationsofthefinishingcoat withoutaffectingthebendingstiffnessofthesystem.Thetensilestrengtho

    31、fthefoamblock,consistinge.g.of polyetherfoam,shouldbeintherangeof80kPato150kPa,therupturestrainshouldexceed160 %.The compressionstressvalueaccordingtoENISO33861shouldbeintheorderof1,5kPato7,0kPa. NOTE Asuitableinitialthicknessoftheblockelementsis500mm.Afterthedeterminationisfinished,theblockscanbecu

    32、t offwithahotwire.Theymaybereusedforatleast20timesuntiltheremaininglengthisstillabout300mm. 5.4Glue Theglueshallbesuitableforroughsurfaces(rendersurface),fortimberandforthefoamblockused(e.g.solvent freeepoxyadhesiveorpolyurethaneadhesive).Theglueshallnotdamagethethermalinsulationmaterial,the basecoa

    33、tortheadhesiveandnotinfluencetheresults. 5.5 Timberpanel Thetimberpanelshallhavethesamedimensionsasthetestspecimen.Themechanicalstabilityofthetimber panelsshallnotinfluencethetestresults. 5.6 Tensiletestingmachine Thetensiletestingmachine,appropriatefortherangeofforceanddisplacementinvolved,capableo

    34、fhavinga constantcrossheadspeedadjustedto(10+1)mm/min.Itshallbecapableofmeasuringtheforcewithanerror limitof1%(seeEN1607). 6 Testspecimens 6.1 Preparationoftestspecimens ApplytheETICStobetestedtoaconcreteslabbyusingthemechanicalfixingdevicesinaccordancewiththe specificationsofthemanufactureroftheETI

    35、CS.Whenusingsolelyfixinganchors,thesemaybeuniformly distributedoverthetestspecimenarea.Coatthesurfaceofthespecimenwiththebasecoat,containingthe embeddedreinforcement,inaccordancewiththemanufacturersinstructions.Thetestspecimenshallreflecta realisticareaofthewholesystemincluding,ifnecessary,severalbo

    36、ards. Thepullofresistanceisdependentonthethicknessofthethermalinsulationmaterial.Forthisreasonthethermal insulationmaterialatthetestshallhavetheminimumthicknesswhichissuppliedbythemanufacturerofthe systemandfulfilstherequirementofETICSwithadeclaredthermalresistanceequaltoorgreaterthan1m K/W. Afterat

    37、imeperiodwhichisspecifiedbythemanufacturergluefoamblocksoverthewholerendersurfaceofthe testspecimen(5.4).Thenglueatimberpanel(5.5)tothefoamblocks,usingthesameglue.Thedeterminationcan beperformedafterthegluehascompletelyhardened. 6.2 Numberoftestspecimens Atleast3testspecimensarerequiredforthedetermi

    38、nation.EN13495:2002(E) 7 6.3 Conditioningoftestspecimens TheconditioningofthetestspecimensshallbecarriedoutasspecifiedintherelevantETICSproductstandard. NOTE IntheabsenceofaproductstandardforETICSoranyotherEuropeantechnicalspecification,theconditioning proceduremaybeagreedbetweenparties. 7Procedure

    39、7.1Test conditions Thetestshallbecarriedoutat(23+5)C. 7.2 Testprocedure CarryoutthepulloffresistancemeasurementasdescribedinaccordancewithEN1607untilfailureoccurs.Apply thetensileloadperpendiculartothetestarea(seefigure1).Unlessotherwisespecifiedoragreed,increasethe loadwithaconstantcrossheadspeedad

    40、justedto(10+1)mm/min. Recordthetensileforceatthemaximumloadachieved.Rejectanytestwherethemodeoffailureisafractureat thegluelayerbetweenthetestspecimenandthefoamblockorbetweenfoamblockandtimberpanel. 7.3 Calculationandexpressionofresults Calculatethepulloffresistance s , inkilopascalsusingtheequation
