This drawing and MIL-PRF-55365 describe the complete requirements for low ESR tantalum chip capacitors. 1.2 Part or Identifying Number (P

The complete PIN is as follows: 07016- 001 K B C A Drawing Dash Capacitance Reliability Termination Surge current number number tolerance grade finish option (see table I) (see 1.2.1) (see 1.2.2) (see 1.2.3) (see 1.2.4) 1.2.1 Capacitance tolerance. The capacitance tolerance is identified by a s

    6、ingle letter as follows: K = 10 percent, M = 20 percent. 1.2.2 Reliability grade. The reliability grade (Weibull failure rate level (FRL) is identified by a single letter as follows (%/1,000 hours): B = 0.1, C = 0.01, and D = 0.001. 1.2.3 Termination finish. The termination finish is identified by a

    7、 single letter as follows: B = gold plated (50 microinch minimum), H = solder plated (100 microinch minimum), and C = hot solder dip (60 microinch minimum). 1.2.4 Surge current option. The optional surge current testing is identified by a single letter as described in MIL-PRF-55365 and as follows: A

REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Interface and physical dimensions. The interface an

    46、d physical dimensions shall be as specified herein (see figure 1). 3.1.1 Pure tin. The use of pure tin, as an underplate or final finish, is prohibited both internally or externally. Tin content of capacitor components and solder shall not exceed 97 percent, by mass. Tin shall be alloyed with a mini

    47、mum of 3 percent lead by mass (see 6.3). 3.1.2 Operating temperature range. The capacitors are rated for their given voltages from -55C to +85C. They are derated two thirds of their given voltages at +125C. See table I. 3.2 Electrical characteristics. 3.2.1 Capacitance. See table I. Measured in accordance with method 305 of MIL-STD-202. Maximum dc bias shall be 2.2 volts
