The skirt shall consist of a three piece skirt and a full elastic waistband, which has a one piece front with a knitted nylon cloth stretch panel inserted across the upper front and a two piece back with waist darts. The basic cloth shall consist of either spunbonded polyester made from 4.0 denier (.44 Tex) continuous filament white polyester fiber or 80/20 polyester/cell
19、ulose material, impregnated and coated with a permanent pigmented acrylic or nitrocellulose composition affixed by an appropriate acrylic or nitrocellulose resin. The label shall show a minimum of Class 4 - Colorfastness to Accelerated Laundering Transference (Wool), when tested as specified accordi

Commercial patterns may be used in lieu of the government furnished pattern provided they conform to the cited design and finished measurements. Workmanship. After completion, the finished skirt shall be thoroughly cleaned, a
23、nd all loose thread, lint, and foreign matter removed. The entire skirt shall be pressed smooth with heated pressing iron or pressing machine. Press marks and gloss shall be removed. Product demonstration model. When required, offerors shall submit samples of their intended production. The product d
24、emonstration model will consist of units independently developed. Product demonstration models will be analyzed and evaluated by the government. Evaluation criteria and basis for award are contained in the solicitation. Product demonstration models will be retained by the government. One (1) product
25、 demonstration model approved by DPSC under the resultant contract will serve as a manufacturing standard for the corresponding production items delivered under this contract. Offerors are advised that the product demonstration model does not relieve the successful offerer of his responsibility to p

The contractor shall certify that the produc
27、t offered meets the salient characteristics of this description and that the product conforms to the producers own drawings, specifications, standards and quality assurance practices. The government reserves the right to require proof of such conformance prior to the first delivery and thereafter as
