    5、nd Raumfahrt (NL). Dieses Dokument ersetzt DIN EN 50389:2006-05. Dieses Dokument (EN 16602-70-30:2014) basiert auf ECSS-Q-ST-70-30C. Dieses Dokument enthlt unter Bercksichtigung des DIN-Prsidialbeschlusses 1/2004 nur die englische Originalfassung von EN 16602-70-30:2014. Dieses Dokument wurde spezie

    6、ll zur Behandlung von Raumfahrtsystemen erarbeitet und hat daher Vorrang vor jeglicher Europischer Norm, da es denselben Anwendungsbereich hat, jedoch ber einen greren Geltungsbereich (z. B. Luft- und Raumfahrt) verfgt. nderungen Gegenber DIN EN 50389:2006-05 wurden folgende nderungen vorgenommen: a

    8、rzungen 3.1 Begriffe aus anderen Normen Fr die Anwendung dieses Dokuments gelten die Begriffe nach ECSS-S-ST-00-01 und ECSS-Q-ST-70-38. Insbesondere gilt der folgende Begriff nach ECSS-Q-ST-70-38: Prozessidentifizierungs-Dokument (PID) ANMERKUNG Der Inhalt des PID ist in ECSS-Q-ST-70-38 festgelegt.

    9、3.2 Fr diese Norm spezifische Begriffe 3.2.1 Drahtwindung Wicklung, bestehend aus einem einzelnen vollstndigen spiralfrmigen Drahtring, der um 360 um den Wickelstift gewunden ist und alle vier Ecken dieses Stifts berhrt ANMERKUNG Zum Zwecke der Zhlung der Windungen gilt die Anzahl der Durchgnge des

    10、gewundenen Drahtes an der Bezugskante des Wickelstifts nach dem ersten Mal, dass sich der nicht isolierte Draht und der Wickelstift schneiden, als Anzahl der Windungen des nicht isolierten Drahts in der Verbindung. 3.2.2 Drahtende Ende der letzten Windung des Drahts am Wickelstift, das tangential au

    11、sgerichtet sein kann, statt am Stift anzuliegen 3.2.3 gasdichter Bereich Kontaktflche zwischen Wickelstift und Draht, in dem keine Gase vorhanden sind 3.2.4 Bezugsecke Ecke des Wickelstifts, an der es zum Kontakt mit der ersten Windung des nicht isolierten Drahts kommt, und von der ausgehend die Anz

    12、ahl der Windungen der Drahtwicklung bestimmt wird 3.2.5 Wickelstift Stift mit quadratischem oder rechteckigem Querschnitt, um den der Verbindungsdraht gewunden ist 3.2.6 Drahtwickelverbindung Verbindung, bestehend aus einer Spirale eines durchgehenden, massiven, nicht isolierten Drahts, der eng um d

    13、en Wickelstift gewunden ist, um eine mechanisch und elektrisch stabile Verbindung herzustellen ANMERKUNG 1 Die Anzahl der erforderlichen Windungen ist von der Dicke des verwendeten Drahts abhngig. This standard (EN 16602-70

    33、-30:2014) originates from ECSS-Q-ST-70-30C. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by April 2015, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by April 2015. DIN EN 16602-70-30:2015-07 EN 16602-70-30:2014 (E) 6 1 Scope This Standard specifies requirements for preparing and as

    38、sembling parts to be joined by wire wrapping, as well as the selection, calibration, use and certification of wire wrapping tools. The covered wire-wrapped connections are illustrated in Figure 1-1. This type of connection is similar to “Class A preferred” or “modified” connection detailed in MIL-ST

    39、D-1130, and NASA NHB 5300.4(3H). Only previously tested and qualified wire-wrapped connections are covered by this Standard, which includes four wire sizes from 24 AWG to 30 AWG, and three terminal post sizes up to 1,78 mm maximum diagonal. A step-by step procedure is covered in the informative Anne

    40、x A. The use of heavier gauge wire and larger terminals is not generally prohibited, but it is considered unlikely that for such dimensions the method of wire-wrapping would be chosen as the electrical interconnection technique. Instead it is assumed that wire larger than 24 AWG will be multi-strand

    41、ed and terminated by soldering in conformance with ECSS-Q-ST-70-08, or by crimping in conformance with ECSS-Q-ST-70-26. Training and certification requirements for operators and inspectors are defined in clause 5.6.7 and in ECSS-Q-ST-20. With effect from the date of approval, this Standard announces

    42、 the adoption of the external document on a restricted basis for use in the European Cooperation for Space Standardization (ECSS) system.
