This European Standard describes, in addition to the general functional requirements of EN 12007-1, the specific functional requirements for the d

    7、esign and construction of polyethylene (PE) pipelines including the joints between PE and other materials for a maximum operating pressure (MOP) up to and including 10 bar. Functional requirements for pressure testing, commissioning and decommissioning are given in EN 12327. In Germany, DVGW G 472,

    8、GW 330, GW 331 and G 469 apply to the gas infrastructure covered by the present standard. These technical rules contain detailed specifications supplementing the requirements of the present standard. This standard has been included in the body of technical rules and standards for gas issued by the D

    9、VGW Deutscher Verein des Gas- und Wasserfaches e.V. (German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water). Amendments This standard differs from DIN EN 12007-2:2000-08 as follows: a) in the title of the German version, the term Empfehlung has been replaced by Anforderung (requirement); b)

    10、the standard has been revised in form and substance; c) normative references have been updated; d) “3.12 peelable pipe” has been included in Clause 3 “Terms and definitions”; e) the information that new kinds of PE pipe products have been introduced in addition to the original PE 80 and PE 100 mater

    11、ials has been added in Subclause 4.1; f) in Subclause 4.4, butt fusion and electrofusion have been specified as fusion jointing techniques for the construction of PE pipelines; g) in Subclause 5.2.2, the former reference to ISO 11413-4 has been replaced by a reference to ISO 21307; h) requirements r

    12、elating to peelable pipes have been included in Annex B; i) Figure B.2 in Annex B has been replaced with a new drawing; reference is made to ISO 11414. DIN EN 12007-2:2012-10EN 12007-2:2012 (E) 5 1 Scope This European Standard describes the specific functional requirements for polyethylene (PE) pipelines in addition to the gen

    32、eral functional requirements of EN 12007-1 for: a) a maximum operating pressure (MOP) up to and including 10 bar; b) an operating temperature between -20 C and +40 C. This European Standard covers three types of pipe: PE pipes including any identification stripes; PE pipes with co-extruded layers on

    33、 either or both the outside and/or inside of the pipe; PE pipes with a peelable, contiguous thermoplastics additional layer on the outside of the pipe. This European Standard specifies common basic principles for gas infrastructure. Users of this European Standard should be aware that more detailed

    34、national standards and/or code of practice may exist in the CEN member countries. This European Standard is intended to be applied in association with these national standards and/or codes of practice setting out the above-mentioned basic principles. In the event of conflicts in terms of more restri
