Amendments The standard differs from DIN 75201:1992-09 as follows: a) the normative references have been updated; b) the sampling and pre-treatment of moulded parts is now described; c) the procedure for cleaning glass plates has been modified; d) borosilica

9、te glass plates are now used instead of glass plates; e) detailed requirements for the filter paper are now included; f) the control test for method B is now to be carried out using DIDP as the reference substance instead of DOP; g) sources for obtaining the heat transfer fluids to be used in accord

10、ance with Clause 7 are now given; h) a source for obtaining the DIDP to be used in accordance with 7.1.6.1 is now given; i) the informative Annex A has been revised; j) references are now largely made to European and International Standards and have been updated; k) the standard has been editorially

The beaker is covered with a glass plate on which volatile components released by th

The effect of fogging condensate on the glass plate is determined by measuring the 60 specular gloss. The 60 specular glo

NOTE In deviation from DIN EN ISO 2813 the specular gloss is only measured at a 60 angle (DIN EN ISO 2813 specifies that very high gloss samples are measured at a 20 a

23、ngle, medium gloss samples at a 60 angle and near-matt samples at a 85 angle). 5.2 Method B The test specimen or sample is placed on the bottom of a glass beaker without a pouring spout and of specified size (referred to below as “beaker”). The beaker is covered with a sheet of aluminium foil on whi

The beaker is then immersed for 16 h in a thermostatically controlled bath set to a test temperature of (100 0,3) C. The mass of the fogging condensate on the aluminium foil is quantitatively deter

They shall be marked on their upper surface to match the marking on the backing plate. NOTE The tolerances for the thickness across

To achieve a low overall scatter, it is necessary to correlate pairs of specular gloss values determined before and after the fogging test. 7.2.5 Auxiliary equipment for method B Glass plates or borosilicate glass plates, thickness

The bath shall be constructed so that

43、 placing the beakers into the bath does not cause the temperature to fall by more than 3 K and the specified test temperature is regained within a maximum of 10 min. The minimum clearance between the beakers and the wall shall be 30 mm, and that between the bottom of the bath and the beakers shall b
