DIN 743, Calculation of load capacity of shafts and axles comprises: Part 1: General Part 2: Theoretical stress concentration factors and fatigue notch factors Part 3: Strength of materials Part 4: Fatigue limit,

    9、endurance limit Equivalently damaging continuous stress Supplement 1: Examples to part 1 to 3 Supplement 2: Examples to part 4 Amendments This standard differs from DIN 743-3:2000-10 as follows: a) material designations have been updated. Previous editions DIN 743-3: 1998-05, 2000-10 DIN 743-3:2012-

    10、12 4 1 Scope This standard deals with proving the strength of shafts and axles. It determines the material parameters required for proving the strength according to DIN 743-1. Users can make use of their own experience or data. This standard applies to ultimate strength values for the temperature ra

    11、nge 40 C 150 C. For temperatures above = 150 C the ultimate strength values drop by more than 10 % and temperature-dependent ultimate strength values are required to be taken into account. The ultimate strength values are valid for the frequency range up to 100 Hz. The fatigue strength values are va

    12、lid for the ultimate number of load cycles NG= 107. No difference is made between rotational bending and flat bending. The fatigue strength values have been given for the more unfavourable rotational bending. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the applica

    18、nnex A) or from semi-finished products with approximately the same diameter. The parameters for tensile strength Bcorrespond to the lower limits of the ranges valid for small nominal dimensions (reference diameter dB) given in metallurgical standards. The parameters for yield strength Scorrespond to

    19、 the minimum values valid for small nominal dimensions (reference diameter dB) according to these standards. If it is proven that the parameters for tensile strength and yield strength given in this standard are exceeded, the other parameters can also be increased accordingly. 4.1 Fatigue strength U

    20、nless otherwise specified, the fatigue strengths under reversed stresses can be calculated as follows: bW 0,5 B (valid for dB 7,5 mm) (1) zdW 0,4 B (2) tW 0,3 B (valid for dB 7,5 mm) (3) B(B= Rm) is valid for a temperature = 20 C. For case hardened shafts, Bis valid for the core hardness. The increa

    21、se in strength through case hardening is taken into account by the factor for surface conditioning KV(see DIN 743-2). If the strength has been determined by Brinell hardness HHB, the following relation can be used as the mean value of the conversion values for steels according to Tables A.1 to A.5,

    22、as given in DIN EN ISO 18265 (valid for HHB 360 HB or B 1 300 N/mm2, respectively). B 3,2 HHB quenched and tempered steels and core areas of case hardened steels (4) B 3,4 HHB soft annealed normalized steels (5) The Brinell hardness HHBis valid for a temperature = 20 C. It is important to know wheth

    23、er Bor HHBapplies to the component size, which should be preferred (then K1(deff) = 1, see DIN 743-2), or whether it is known for the reference diameter dB(then, K1(deff) 1 and K1(deff) shall be determined according to DIN 743-2). 4.2 Yield point S(S = Rp0,2) is valid for temperature = 20 C and can

    24、be taken from Tables A.1 to A.4.
