This standard has been prepared by Joint Working Committee NA 012-00-04 GA Gemeinschaftsarbeits-ausschuss FNCA/NAL: Getrnkeschankanlagen of the DIN-Normenausschuss Chemischer Apparatebau (FNCA) (Process Engineering Standards Committee) and the DIN-Normenausschuss Lebensmittel und la

In NAL the standardization work was coordinated within Working Committee NA 057-02-01 AA Lebensmittelhygiene.     16、0-4:2006-04 and DIN 6650-5:2008-10 as follows: a) the content has been fully restructured and the previous standards DIN 6650-2, DIN 6650-3 and DIN 6650-4 have been integrated; b) material requirements have been taken from the withdrawn standard DIN 6650-2 and are now in Clause 4; c) safety requirem

    17、ents for system components have been taken from the withdrawn standard DIN 6650-3 and are now in Clause 5; d) hygienic requirements for system components have been taken from the withdrawn standard DIN 6650-4 and are now in Clause 6; e) Annex A has been considerably expanded to include more detailed

    18、 requirements and test methods for individual components and now includes additional test methods that had been given in the previous Annex B.     19、Scope This standard specifies the following: a) safety and hygienic requirements for and requirements regarding the use of ready-for-use beverage dispense systems, components and component assemblies; b) the testing and inspection of ready-for-use beverage dispense systems, components and component

    20、assemblies (referred to below as “test object(s)”) to verify conformity with the safety and hygienic requirements of the relevant standards and other technical rules, and the procedures for conducting these tests/inspections as part of factory production control or third-party inspection by a test l

    21、aboratory that is accredited by the certification body for beverage dispense systems. 2 Normative references The following documents, in whole or in part, are normatively referenced in this document and are indispensable for its application.     43、or the intended use and comply with the provisions of relevant foodstuffs legislation, particularly European Regulations 1935/2004 and 10/2011. NOTE Monomers which are permitted in accordance with foodstuffs legislation are listed in Table 1 “Union list of authorised monomers.” of EU Regulation 10/2

    44、011. 4.1.2 Mechanical stresses Materials shall safely withstand, and remain leak tight when subjected to, mechanical stresses encountered when dispense systems for draught beverages are installed and operated. 4.1.3 Thermal stresses Materials shall safely withstand, and remain leak tight when subjec

    45、ted to, thermal stresses. DIN 6650-5:2014-12 9 4.1.4 Chemical stresses Materials shall safely withstand, and remain leak tight when subjected to, the chemical action of the media to which they are exposed (beverages, syrups, drinking water with or without carbonation, cleaning and disinfecting agent

    46、s, or other substances used for or generated during the operation of the system). 4.2 Additional material requirements 4.2.1 General In addition to conforming with the general requirements (see 4.1), all components shall be made of sufficiently corrosion-resistant materials and, where necessary, sha

    47、ll be protected by a suitable means (e.g. coating or sealing). 4.2.2 High polymers Highly polymerized materials (e.g. plastics, rubber or paints and varnishes for coating) shall comply with the relevant recommendations on the assessment of the health effects of high polymers. 4.2.3 Joining materials

    48、 Filler metals for welding, brazing and other joining materials shall comply with the relevant standards and guidelines. 4.2.4 Coatings and linings in areas in contact with the product Coating and lining materials shall only be used in areas in contact with the product if they provide a continuous, uniform and durable coating or lining. 5 Safety requirements for system components 5.1 General System components shall be designed so that they remain functional and leak tight and shall safely withstand all physical
