It is basedon the International Standards listed in Annex A.AmendmentsThis standard differs from the June 1994 edition as follows:a) Specifications for the extension of the general plan have been included.b) For radial bearings, dimension series 27, 51, 52, 61 a

15、nd 62 have been included.c) Tables 10 to 20 listing the dimension series for needle roller bearings, radial needle roller and cageassemblies, and open end and closed end drawn cups have been included.d) The dimension plans for radial ball bearings and radial roller bearings of diameter series 7 and

16、for single-direction deep groove thrust ball bearings with flat housing washer, cylindrical roller thrust bearings and self-aligning thrust bearings of diameter series 2, 3 and 4 have been extended.e) Dimension plans for the chamfer dimensions of angular contact radial ball bearings have been includ

17、ed(cf. tables 29 and 30).f) Dimension series 10 has been included in the dimension plan for thrust collars for standard type cylindricalroller bearings. Series 24 has been dropped.g) The standard has been editorially revised.Previous editionsDIN Kr 1965: 1938-09; DIN 71965: 1940-07; DIN 616-1: 1940-

Inaddition, it describes the system of di

19、mension plans and series making up the general plan. This standard does not provide information regarding the internal design of rolling bearings (e.g. bearing rings, rolling elements, cages, seals), nor does it specify which dimension series and plans are suitable for particularbearing types. These a

28、n, rsmin(cf. ISO 104).For ease of reference, table 1 lists the bore diameters, d, ranging from 0,6 mm to 2000 mm, and the associatedcode numbers. As a rule, the nominal bore diameter can be determined by multiplying the code number with afactor of 5. For bore diameters of less than 20 mm and of 500

29、mm or more, the code numbers are identical tothe bore diameters. For bore diameters of 10 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm and 17 mm, code numbers are specified fromwhich the bore diameter cannot be derived as explained above.Table 1: Bore diameters, d, and associated code numbersdCodedCodedCodedCodedCodedCodenumbe

    36、r, width and height series are identified by codes.For diameter series, the following codes are used: 7, 8, 9, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 for radial and thrust bearings; 7C, 8C, 9C, 0C, 1C, 2C, 3C, 4C, and 5C for radial needle roller and cage assemblies; 7D, 8D, 9D, 0D, 1D, 2D, 3D, 4D, and 5D for open end
