    8、IN 488-2:2009-08 1 Scope This standard applies to ribbed reinforcing steel bars of steel grade B500B (1.0439) according to DIN 488-1 with the nominal diameters given in Table 2, used for the reinforcement of concrete. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for th

    13、on of reinforcing steel bar. 5.2 Ordering At the time of order, the desired quantity and bar length shall be given in addition to the standard designation. Example of an order for 50 t of reinforcing steel bar conforming to this standard of steel grade B500B (1.0439), of 20,0 mm nominal diameter, an

    15、 488-1:2009-08, 7.1.1 and 7.1.4. 7.2 Nominal diameters, nominal cross-sectional areas and nominal masses 7.2.1 Table 2 lists the deliverable nominal diameters and the nominal cross-sectional areas and nominal masses calculated from these diameters. 7.2.2 The core cross-section of ribbed reinforced s

    18、ies determined in the fatigue test See DIN 488-1:2009-08, Table 2, column 3. 7.3.3 Bend performance To demonstrate the bend performance, the rebend test shall be carried out according to DIN EN ISO 15630-1 for diameters up to d = 32 mm. Bend the test pieces through an angle of at least 90 around a m

    19、andrel with a diameter as specified in Table 3, age the test pieces (see DIN 488-6:2009-08, Table 21) and rebend them after cooling in still air to room temperature of at least 20 C. For diameters d = 40 mm, carry out a bend test with a mandrel diameter D = 6 d and a minimum angle of 90 according to

    20、 DIN EN ISO 15630-1. After the test, the test piece shall show no sign of fracture or cracks visible to a person with normal or corrected vision. The reinforcing steel bar can be

    25、rib flanks shall be inclined at more than 40 (flank inclination ) and the transition from the rib to the core shall be radiused (see Figure 3 a). 7.3.6.2.3 The transvese rib flank inclination to the bar axis () shall be 40 to 70. For rib rows with alternating inclination angles, these may be 35 to 7

    26、5. 7.3.6.2.4 The dimensions and spacing of the transverse ribs shall be as shown in Table 4. 7.3.6.2.5 The sum of the spacing of the rib rows e shall not exceed 25 % of the circumference. 7.3.6.3 Longitudinal ribs In the case of hot-rolled reinforcing steel bar, the height hl (by analogy with amin F

    27、igure 3 a) of any longitudinal ribs present shall not exceed a value of 0,15 d. 7.3.6.4 Relative rib area The required values for the relative rib area fRare given in Table 4, column 6.
