    16、299, clause 0. Without this information, a specification of works as required in 7 ff., 7 EU ff. or 7 VS of VOB/A (DIN 1960) cannot be properly drawn up. This information does not form part of the contract. The specification of works shall, in particular, include the following information as and whe

    17、n applicable. 0.1 Site information 0.1.1 Type and location of the system for each service. 0.1.2 Type and location of connections and facilities of the telecommunications services for data transmission and the conditions governing their concession. 0.1.3 Type, constructional details, dimensions and

    18、location of any scaffolding installed by other contractors, and schedule for the installation or removal of such scaffolding. 0.2 Details of execution of work 0.2.1 Any necessary connection to foreign systems. 0.2.2 Type, number and dimensions of any samples. Information where these are to be instal

    19、led. DIN 18386:2016-09 4 0.2.3 Type, design, location, number and dimensions of system components for management devices and operator devices. 0.2.4 Type, design, number, dimensions and location of components for the control device and for switching and distribution equipment. 0.2.5 Visualization an

    20、d control concepts to be observed. 0.2.6 Type, number, location and dimensions of cables, wiring, conduits and ducting, and laying details. 0.2.7 Any requirements relating to electromagnetic compatibility, and to overvoltage, explosion protection and equipment safety. 0.2.8 Any fire safety requireme

    27、f works In the specification of works, accounting of works shall be based on the following: 0.5.1 Length (m), accounted for separately according to type, design and dimensions: cables, circuits, wiring, conduits. 0.5.2 Number of items, accounted for separately according to type and performance chara

    28、cteristics, for the following: 0.5.2.1 Hardware system components, such as management devices and their associated peripheral devices, data communication equipment (e.g. modems and data interface units), control devices and their components, local override/indication devices (e.g. input and output u

    29、nits), control devices specific to a certain application (e.g. for individual room or boiler control), operator and programming devices, sensors, actuators (e.g. control valves), control modules (e.g. for override or manual operation, safety switches, coupling modules). 0.5.2.2 System components suc

    30、h as switch cabinet enclosures including ancillary equipment, special ancillary equipment (e.g. switch cabinet ventilation and cooling equipment), locking systems, function signs, nameplates and instruction notices and labels, infeed, power modules, modules for overcurrent protection, voltage supply

    31、 modules, installation of units (e.g. frequency converters) provided by the client. 0.5.2.3 Functions (including software and services), accounted for separately according to performance characteristics as in DIN EN ISO 16484-3: basic functions: switching, actuating, signalling, measuring and counti

    32、ng, DIN 18386:2016-09 6 processing functions: monitoring, control, calculation, optimization, management functions (e.g. recording, filing, statistical analyses), visualization and operation functions (e.g. human/system interfaces). 0.5.2.4 Functions (including software and services), accounted for

    33、separately according to performance characteristics as in VDI 3813-21): sensor and actuator functions, operator and display functions (local), application functions, management and operator functions, shared communicative input and output functions (between foreign systems). 1 Scope 1.1 This standar

    34、d is applicable to the production of systems for the measurement, control, management and operation of services as part of building automation and control systems. 1.2 This standard does not cover equipment which functions independently (e.g. controls for coolers, burners or lifts). 1.3 DIN 18299, c

    35、lauses 1 to 5 shall also apply. In cases where the specifications of DIN 18299 contradict the present standard, DIN 18386 shall take precedence. 2 Materials and components The specifications of DIN 18299, clause 2 shall be supplemented as follows: DIN EN 60529 (VDE 0470-1) covers the most commonly u

    36、sed materials and components. Protection of switch and control cabinets shall be not less than IP 43 according to DIN EN 60529 (VDE 0470-1). 3 Execution of work The specifications of DIN 18299, clause 3 shall be supplemented as follows: 3.1 General 3.1.1 The following standards are applicable for th

    38、16-09 7 DIN EN ISO 16484-2 DIN EN ISO 16484-3 VDI 3813-21)VDI 3814-51)3.1.2 The equipment integral to the building automation and control system shall be coordinated with the building services equipment in order to ensure proper functioning, operational safety and efficient operation. 3.1.3 The docu

    39、ments pertaining to the execution of the work (see VOB/B (DIN 1961), 3, clause 1) to be supplied by the client shall include in particular: function lists as in DIN EN ISO 16484-3 and VDI 3813-2, with any necessary information on connections to foreign systems according to VDI 3814-51), plant schema

    40、tics, function flow diagrams or descriptions, a schedule of setpoints, limiting values and run times, working drawings, data for layout of actuators and actuating elements, power input of electrical components, addressing concept, fire safety concept, information on how to deal with faults and malfu

    41、nctioning of system components, with details on how to pass on the information, visualization concept. 3.1.4 On the basis of the planning documentation and calculations supplied by the client, the contractor shall prepare and submit the required assembly and workshop drawings, coordinating these whe

    42、re necessary with the client. This applies in particular to: control diagrams, indicating the main automation functions on the basis of system diagrams in accordance with the systems design, circuit diagrams according to DIN EN 61082-1 (VDE 0040-1), memory allocation plans for system units, includin

DIN 18386:2016-09 8 assembly plans, with positions of field devices, cable assignment lists, with functions and capacities, item lists. 3.1.5 Before commencing with its assembly, the contractor shall provide the client with all information required for the ef

    45、ficient installation and proper operation of the system. 3.1.6 The contractor shall, when examining the planning documentation and calculations supplied by the client (see VOB/B (DIN 1961), 3, clause 3) from the aspect of design and function, give particular attention to: completeness of the functio

    46、n lists, completeness of layout data and parameters, functional descriptions, specified measuring ranges for encoders and comparators, system diagrams, addressing concept, visualization concept, operational concept, design of hydraulic actuators, structural fire safety requirements. 3.1.7 Reservatio

    47、ns according to VOB/B (DIN 1961), 4, clause 3 could involve in particular the following: any discrepancies in the planning documentation and calculations supplied by the client (see VOB/B (DIN 1961), 3, clause 3.1), any insufficient space for accommodation of components, any inadequate protection ag

    48、ainst overvoltage, any disturbances due to electromagnetic fields, obvious construction deficiencies, delays in completion, or necessary site work that has not been carried out in advance. 3.1.8 Mortising, cutting and drilling work on the structure shall only be carried out with the consent of the client. 3.1.9 Display units shall be easy to read, and devices to be actuated shall be readily accessible and easy to operate. 3.1.10 Equipment requiring inspection and maintenance shall be accessible.
