    41、t of this Standard is to reduce the risk of injury to the face and eyes without compromising theform,appeal, and visual demands of the game. This reduction of risk is based on the use of the faceprotectora) as intended within the rules of the game; andb) in accordance with the manufacturers instruct

    42、ions.Note: Lacrosse is a sport in which hazards are intrinsic to the normal conduct of the game. Participation in lacrosseimplies the acceptance of some risk of injury. Use of a face protector meeting the requirements of this Standardwill not prevent all injuries.1.3This Standard specifies requireme
