    23、forimplementingsuchtraffictelematics servicesonanopentechnologyplatformandisnetworkindependent.Inmanydetailsdefinitionsare necessarytoensureinteroperability.Therefore,inthisnetworkspecificpartofthestandardthosedetailed definitionsaregiven.WiththedevelopmentoffuturemobilecommunicationsystemstowardsUM

    24、TS/ IMT2000thebottleneckofnarrowbanddatacommunicationmightfade.Duetoitsmodularstructure,the GATSframeworkandapplicationsarepreparedforthatduetoitsnetworkindependence.Thesameholds foremergingtechnologiesforpositioningwhichtodayisalmostexclusivelybasedonGPS.
