    46、ise measurement techniques, which is an adoption without modification of the identically titled IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) Standard 61400-11 (edition 2:2002 consolidated with amendment 1:2006). At the time of publication, IEC 61400-11:2002+A1:2006 is available from IEC in Englis

    47、h only. CSA will publish the French version when it becomes available from IEC.This Standard replaces Clause 7 of CAN/CSA-F417-M91, Wind Energy Conversion Systems (WECS) Performance. The balance of CAN/CSA-F417-M91 is replaced by CAN/CSA-C61400-12-1:07, Wind turbines Part 12-1: Power performance mea

    48、surements of electricity producing wind turbines.The Canadian Standards Association acknowledges that the development of this Standard was made possible, in part, by the financial support of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan).This Standard was reviewed for Canadian adoption by the CSA Subcommittee on
