Ifthematerialcontainsmetalhalidesand/ormetals(especiallyi nthepresenceofhaloge

    30、natedmaterial)whichare liabletoevaporateduringburningoftheorganicmatter,calcinationaftersulfatio n can be applied (ISO 34511:1997, methodC).Thisprocedureiscarriedoutbyheatingtheorganicmattertogetherwithconcentrate d sulfuric acid up to a temperature where fuming and subsequent burningoftheorganicmat

    31、teroccurs,andfinallytreatingtheresidueat ahightemperatureuntilconstantmassisreached. 3.2Filledandglassfibrereinforcedmaterials Direct calcination, by burning the organic matterandtreatingtheresidueatahightemperatureuntilconstantmass isreached(ISO34511:1997,methodA)(seenote1in3.3).
