The standard lists the ratings, characteristics and inspection requirements which shall be included as man

    6、datory requirements in any detail specification for quartz crystal controlled oscillators which are to be assessed under capability approval procedures. Detail specifications shall conform to the requirements of this Blank detail specification and BSCECC00111: Rule of Procedure11. Specifications Par

    18、 who wish to take part in a harmonized System for electronic components of assessed quality. The object of the System is to facilitate international trade by the harmonization of the specifications and quality assessment procedures for electronic components, and by the grant of an internationally re

    19、cognized Mark, or Certificate, of Conformity. The components produced under the System are thereby acceptable in all member countries without further testing. This European Standard was prepared by CECCWG17, “Piezoelectric devices for frequency control and selection”. The text of the draft based on

    20、documents CECC (Secretariat)2901 to2904/10.91 was submitted to the formal vote together with the voting reports, circulated as documents CECC(Secretariat)3107,3108,3109,3110/04.92 and3107A,3108A,3109A,3110A/07.92. The front page layout shown on page4 is applicable to d

    24、etail specifications for standard catalogue items only. For custom-built quartz crystal controlled oscillators where the detail specification is not intended for publication, a suggested layout for the front page is given inAnnex A. This is not mandatory, but it is recommended that the layout should

    25、 be followed whenever possible. Identification of the detail specification and of the component The numbers between the square brackets on page4 correspond to the following information which should be given in the appropriate boxes. 1 The name of the National Standards Organization under whose autho

    26、rity the detail specification is published and, if applicable, the organization from whom the detail specification is available. 2 The CECC Symbol and the number allotted to the detail specification by the CECC General Secretariat. 3 The number and issue number of the CECC generic or sectional speci

    27、fication as relevant; also national reference if different. 4 If different from the CECC number, the national number of the detail specification, date of issue and any further information required by the national system, together with any amendment numbers. 5 A brief description of the quartz crysta
