    21、icand crossborderregisteredlettermail,collected,processedanddeliveredbypostalserviceproviders.Theresulting overallfigureforlossandsubstantialdelayisexpressedasapercentageofthetotalpostedregisteredmail collectedorreceivedbythepostalserviceproviders. ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicableonlytothoseservicep

Amonitoringsystemshallbeinoperationtoallowpostinganddeliveryrecordstobecomparedf

    38、orallitems.Itshall bepossibletocountthenumberofitemswhichwerepostedinaperiodandthenumberofthesewhichwere actuallydelivered.
