ThisstandardaimstodescribethegeneralaspectsoftheXRPDtechniqueanditsapplicationsbutnottodefinea specificordetailedstandardforeachfieldofapplicationortypeofanalysis. Themainpurposesofthestandardaretherefore: toprovidepracticalguidance,unifiedconceptsandterminologyfor
