    33、A.2.1(dryconditioning)followedbypreparationandapplicationof thesurfaceprotectionsystem,inaccordancewithmanufacturersinstructions.Curethecoatingundertestina climate(21 2)Cand(60 10)%R.H.inaccordancewiththemanufacturersinstructions. 6Procedure Allcomponentsaretobeconditionedinthelaboratory(4.1)foratle

    34、ast24hpriortoassembly.Thetestpieceis positionedontothesquarebaseplatewiththethermocoupleorthermometerfirmlyfixedtothecentreofthe surfaceofthetestpiece.Thesealingringandflangedcylinderarepositionedoverthetestpieceandclampedto thebaseplate.Thetesttemperatureshallbeagreedbetweentheinterestedparties. It

    35、shouldbeselectedinmultiplesof10C.Totesttheperformanceofacoatingbelowamasticasphaltcoat,a temperatureof(250 5)Cisrecommended.EN136875:2002(E) 6 Siliconeoilorothertestliquidisheatedtotheagreedtesttemperature( 5C)andimmediatelytransferredtothe testingapparatus,fillingtoadepthof(155 5)mm.After3minutesas

    36、tirrerrotatingat200rpm50mmabovethe testsurfaceisswitchedon.(Inthecaseofmasticasphaltthetemperatureonthesurfaceofthetestpiecemustrise to(150 5)Cwithin7minutes,andattheendofthetestshallexceed85C).Thetestshalllastfor60minutes andthetemperatureshallbemonitoredthroughoutthattime.Atcompletionofthetesttheo

    37、ilisdrainedandthetest panelisremovedandblotteddryreadyforexamination. 7 Evaluationofresults Examinethetestpieceforsurfacecracking(accordingtoISO46284),flaking(accordingtoISO46285)or bubblingofacoatingordebondingoranyotherobviouschange.Thebondstrengthofthecoatingismeasuredby pullofftestaccordingtoEN1

    38、542afteratleast24hofcoolingdowntoroomtemperature.Beforemeasuringpull offstrengththesurfaceofthecoatingistobecleanedwithasuitablesolventwhichwillremovealltracesofthetest liquidbutwhichwillhavenodetrimentaleffectontheadhesionofthedollytothesurfaceofthetestpiece. Forcomparisonpurposesthepulloffstrength
